I was going back through some of my inspiration photos and came across this one I had saved some time ago. I loved the colors, etc. Of course at the time I didn't know if it was a boy or girl. Looking back at this photo I see this is the inspiration photo I truly must have loved if it was a girl. Funny, as I didn't remember this chair at all in the photo. This is the exact chair I just ordered. Here is to hoping I love my aqua blue walls this weekend. I am still loving the white furniture with this color:) So pretty. I can't even remember where I found this picture. Probably hgtv.com and the "rate my space" nurseries.

This so pretty! I bet yours look just a good as this nursery!
ReplyDeleteI love the colors in this nursery! The bedding set I have is Kidsline Lullaby Birds. Could you take a look at it and tell me what color you'd paint the walls (the room is small, if that makes a difference)? Pale yellow, pink, blue, lavendar, white, etc.? It can be found at http://www.kidslineinc.com/products/infant/lullaby_birds.php
ReplyDeleteHi Lisa-
ReplyDeleteWow, what a pretty set. I have not been on this website before. There are sooo many options you could. The set has such a variety of color in it. You really couldn't go wrong with most of them, purple, yellow, green. A main color I keep seeing a lot in there is pink. So, I would shy away from that color. I say you go with the aqua blue. It doesn't appear as much as the other colors which I think is great way to pull in this color for the wall design. Our room isnt that big and i felt like painting it this color made the room feel bigger. Plus, gender neutral for next time (if there were to be a next time) if you didn't feel like re-painting. Keep me posted on progress. My other vote would be a fun green if you didn't do aqua/blue color.
Thanks so much! I actually wanted to do the green, but couldn't get hubby to agree...
ReplyDeleteAnd I definitely agree that the pink is just too much!
